Totsumen are enemies in Wario Land 4. Totsumen have a red body and wear a mask with a knife protruding out from the top. A Totsumen attacks by pointing its knife at Wario once it catches sight of him, and will charge at him few seconds later, bouncing back in a stunned state if it hits a wall. Wario will take damage if he touches the Totsumen's knife. He is able to defeat Totsumen by ramming their side while they are standing upright, or by performing a Smash Attack on their head when they prepare to charge. Totsumen behave exactly the same way as Petit-size no Pinkīs, which are purple foes who assist the boss Spoiled Rotten.
