The "Title Theme" [conjectural] is a brisk, jazzy piece that plays on the title screen of Paper Mario: Sticker Star. It is the game’s main theme and influences many leitmotifs and musical traits within the game.
In the opening cutscene, "The Sticker Festival" [conjectural], an arrangement of the theme is played during the first half before transitioning to Decalburg
"Kersti The Sticker" is Kersti’s theme and plays during cutscenes associated with her. It is a elegant yet gentle arrangement played partially on a harpsichord and strings.
"Get an Item!" [conjectural] The item fanfare for whenever Mario finds a Thing or a Scrap is an arrangement of a few notes. This same fanfare returns in Paper Mario: Color Splash for most major items.
"Get a Big Item!" [conjectural] The fanfare for obtaining the Hammer and finding a HP-Up Heart is a grander arrangement of the regular item fanfare.
The Paperize theme is a melodically altered arrangement that features timpani and glockenspiel along with frequent pauses.
A music-box arrangement of "Kersti the Sticker" plays during her speech to Mario as she’s used as a battle sticker.
During the final phase of Bowser, the track is heavily incorporated within the battle theme.
In the Staff Credits, after Bowser’s section of the parade, a gentle arrangement of Title Theme plays towards the end then looping to a grand reprise before transitioning to Ending (Super Mario Bros.).
