Heart quote Ahh...a piping hot shower!

Miss Petunia, the Bathing Beauty, is a portrait ghost of unknown age from Luigi's Mansion and its Nintendo 3DS remake. She wears a multicolored bathing suit with a matching shower cap. Miss Petunia has pig hooves for hands, a matching pink nose, a sideways oval shaped head with a very distinct chin, hot pink skin, and small yellow eyes with long black lashes. In her Game Boy Horror profile, Miss Petunia is said to have been the "Miss Ghost" runner-up six years before the game's events, but has had little modeling work lately.

Miss Petunia can be found in the Bathroom on the second floor of the mansion. She is hiding in the shower, behind shower curtains. When the curtain is closed, Miss Petunia's silhouette is a thin, svelte figure washing her hair, until the curtain is moved, revealing her actual figure. If Luigi pulls back the curtain with the Poltergust 3000, Petunia attacks by shooting a blast of hot water at Luigi, delivering ten HP of damage if it hits him. When Luigi gives her a blast of ice using the Ice Element Medal, it causes Miss Petunia to sneeze, making her vulnerable to being vacuumed into the Poltergust 3000. In fact, Nana's diary reveals that Nana once played a practical joke on Miss Petunia by filling her bathtub with ice, leaving Miss Petunia in for a surprise; this is meant to be a clue on how to capture Miss Petunia. After capturing Miss Petunia, Luigi acquires the key needed to open the door to the Billiards Room. Later on, in the Gallery. Miss Petunia's portrait number is 6.

In the E3 2001 prototype, while Miss Petunia's silhouette is visible on the shower curtains of the Bathroom, Miss Petunia does not appear herself, so the silhouette merely contributes to the eerie ambience.
