A Koopa Dumpling (known as a Koopa Bun in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door) is a recipe found in the Paper Mario series.
In Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, Koopa Buns are made by Zess T., and restore fifteen FP, or twenty FP in Japanese versions. They are made by combining a Keel Mango and a Turtley Leaf.
In Super Paper Mario, Koopa Dumplings are made by Dyllis, and cut damage taken by half for 30 seconds. In this game, they are made by mixing a Cake Mix and a Turtley Leaf.
