Totsumen are enemies found in the game Wario Land 4. Totsumen have a red body and wear a mask with a knife protruding out from the top. A Totsumen attacks by pointing its knife at Wario once it catches sight of him, and will charge a few seconds later. Wario will take damage if he touches the sharp point of the enemy. He is able to defeat Totsumen by ramming their side while they are standing upright, or by performing a smash attack on their head when they prepare to charge.
Totsumen behave exactly the same way as Eggplant Warriors, which are purple foes who assist the boss Spoiled Rotten.
