Men'ono (メン斧[1], meaning "ax face") is an enemy in Wario Land 4, found in the Sapphire Passage levels Crescent Moon Village and Hotel Horror, as well as in the Golden Passage. A Men'ono is a pink ghoul-like creature with blue eyes, brown feet, and a hatchet as its weapon. Wario can defeat them by ramming them from behind or performing a smash attack on their head. A Men'ono leaves a Bronze Coin when defeated. It walks slowly from left to right, but when Wario comes within its range, it will quickly charge at him and attack by swinging its hatchet. A Men'ono has a close resemblance to the Onomī.
