The Water Elemental Ghost.
A Water Elemental Ghost is a spirit in Luigi's Mansion. After Luigi has the Water Element Medal, he can shoot jets of water from the Poltergust 3000. However, he must first suck up one of these helpful critters from something wet, such as a fountain or a sink. This ghost can damage Luigi on contact, though it is hard for them to reach him. However, they can only harm him when at full size, not when they have been partially sucked into the vacuum.
