Op het eiland 'Kongo Bongo' wonen Donkey Kong en zijn beste maatje Diddy. Op een dag vinden zij per ongeluk een magische kokosnoot. De boef 'King K. Rool' wil deze koste wat kost van Donkey Kong afpakken om Kongo Bongo te regeren.

On the island of 'Kongo Bongo' live Donkey Kong and his best friend Diddy. One day, they accidentally find a magical coconut. The villain 'King K. Rool' wants to take it from Donkey Kong at all costs to rule Kongo Bongo.
