Template:Species-infobox Cactus Jacks[1] are large, spike covered Pokeys with targets on their chests. They are a paler variant of Needlenoses. They can be moved if Yoshi throws a Yoshi Egg at them. If they come into contact with anything when rolling, they explode and shoot out coins. Cactus Jacks appear in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island and Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3. They are named after politician John "Cactus Jack" Garner.[2] Cactus Jack's English name may also be a reference to Mick Foley's professional wrestling alter-ego.
