The Burrow Door is a scrap found in Paper Mario: Sticker Star. Mario is required to retrieve it by traveling up a short staircase in a room in Rustle Burrow near where he reunited with Kersti.
Provided that Kersti has already been rescued, Mario must then place the Burrow Door into a blank area in the exact same spot he found it, allowing him to progress to his stolen Hammer.
