"Baby Chase" is a parody of the song, "Baby Face," which was originally composed by Jan Garber. The parody song plays in The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 episode "Toddler Terrors of Time Travel." It plays as Mario, Luigi, and Toad are chased throughout Brooklyn by King Koopa and Kooky von Koopa while all of them are babies. This song has since been edited out in later airings of the show, being replaced by an instrumental of "Mega Move," which originates from Captain N: The Game Master. However, the cover can still be heard on the Super Mario Bros.: King Koopa Katastrophe DVD.

Lyrics[edit]

Baby chase!
Why did you send us on this baby chase?
Been searchin' everywhere and every place
Baby chase!
Wonder where he's hidin'?
We know we've got to find him!

Baby chase!
How could he disappear and leave without a trace?
But now we're on the track
We're gonna get him back!
And end this baby chase!

Baby chase!
How could he disappear and leave without a trace?
But now we're on the track
We're gonna get him back!
And end this baby chase!
