The Adventures of Mighty Plumber is a fictional TV show in The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 episode "Misadventure of Mighty Plumber". The cast apparently consists of Mighty Plumber, the protagonist and title character, and an unnamed woman who is always getting herself into plumbing-related trouble. Mario and Luigi love the show. Although the show is only shown being broadcast in the Mushroom World, it is implied that it is an Earth television program as well, as Mario mentions that he had brought a television from the Real World so he and Luigi could watch it.

When King Koopa sees the show on his television, he creates a plan to bring Mighty Plumber out of the show to defeat the Mario and Luigi while he robs the Pipe Land Treasury. Once King Koopa's plan are foiled, Mario forces Cheatsy, who has the magic wand that can zap things out of the TV in the first place, to put Mighty Plumber back in his show. At the very end of the episode, Mighty Plumber seems to give the Mario Bros. a thumbs-up from his show.
