The level takes place in a castle. Once the player touches the [[Wonder Flower]], two sets of [[Poison (obstacle)|poison]] appear with the purple one at the bottom and the green one at the top. Also, a pipe becomes an [[Inchworm Pipe]] and travels across the green poison. The player must avoid the [[Hakandoru]]s and [[Blewbird]]s blowing bubbles while the speed of the course alternates fast to slow. The Final Test Wonder Gauntlet is a course in Special World of Super Mario Bros. Wonder. It features many Wonder Effects It is unlocked after beating The Semifinal Test Piranha Plant Reprise and its own completion unlocks The Final-Final Test Badge Marathon. This course features two Wonder Seeds.

The level takes place in a castle. Once the player touches the Wonder Flower, two sets of poison appear with the purple one at the bottom and the green one at the top. Also, a pipe becomes an Inchworm Pipe and travels across the green poison.
