Run, Hide! Phanto Tag is a VS attraction located in the Local Multiplayer Plaza and Game Room Plaza of Bellabel Park in Super Mario Bros. Wonder – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Meetup in Bellabel Park. The attraction is based on tag, a game typically played by young children.
On the world map, it is represented by a giant, golden Phanto mask that will float for a brief period of time. The mask's eyes will be red and emanate a purple aura, and there is a Poplin wearing a Phanto Mask. After the attraction ends, Prince Florian will wear a mask.
Overview[edit]
Each player will be positioned at a random location of the course. The objective of the attraction is to not wear a Phanto mask at the end of the attraction. When the attraction starts, a random player will wear a Phanto mask; the player wearing the Phanto mask is designated as "it". Player who are "it" can press 
to launch a purple, spirit-like object forward from their Phanto mask to tag another player, causing the tagger to lose their mask. If a player tags another player, they will wear the mask and remain still for a brief moment before being able to move again.
Periodically, the course will darken for a brief moment, and after some time elapses, the lights will turn back on.
Untagged players can shift into three different entities to blend in with the course:
- A Brick Block
- A Coin
- A Talking Flower
In the Local Multiplayer Plaza, each course has a different entity that players can shift into. In the Game Room Plaza, all entities are available for every course.
Once the time limit ends, the plyer with the Phanto mask loses, while the others win.
