Yellow Cloud

At the start of the level, the player will need to cross some balloon platforms, before climbing up a ladder. At the top of the ladder is a Calm Lakitu, and not long after that is a Hammer Bro, before another ladder and a small platforming segment before the Warp Pipe. The next room has some Spinies on some platforms that need to be climbed. There is then a section where the player will descend and ascend before getting to some Mecha-Spike Tops. After the Mecha-Spike Tops, at the top of the room, is a lumpy yellow creature which can be dispersed by using the Joy vibe, behind it is the first Toad (in post-game, Puzzle G Piece 10 is found). At the end of this section is another Warp Pipe.

At the start of the next section, the player can use the Gloom vibe on a beanstalk to make it grow. Climbing up the beanstalk will lead to a Warp Pipe, whilst going past it will lead to a platforming segment and then a Warp Pipe. In the next room are some giant springboards, to the left of the second one is another lumpy yellow creature, and another Toad behind it (in post-game, Puzzle H Piece 10 is found). The player must then go down a hill, whilst avoiding lots of Goombas.

In the next room is a hot air balloon that needs to be powered by the Rage vibe, steering the hot air balloon to the top left of the room will result in the player finding the final Toad (in post-game, Ending is found), and a platform that leads to the Warp Pipe. In the next area is a path that leads to some giant springboards before the next Warp Pipe. After passing by two Sad Goombas, the player can use the springboard to reach for Puzzle D Piece 7.

In the next area are some rotating platforms and springboards that lead to a C. A. F. H. Bro, before another platforming segment that leads to the goal gate.
