Mad Bullet Bills are Bullet Bills influcned by the Vibe Scepter. They are enemies in the game Super Princess Peach. They fly much faster than normal Bullet Bills and are surrounded by fire. They are 'shot' from offscreen, flying at Princess Peach from the sides of the level at varying heights, and they appear in the levels that are unlocked only after defeating Bowser for the first time.
