A Bullet Bill Patch is a variant of Bullet Bill found in Yoshi's Woolly World and Poochy & Yoshi's Woolly World. It is a two-dimensional patch of yarn resembling its original sprite form in Super Mario Bros. They are first found in World 5-7, Snowy Mountain Lift Tour. If Yoshi unties a block of yarn containing a Bullet Bill Patch, they will be set free and fly towards Yoshi as if launched by a Bill Blaster. Yoshi can defeat a Bullet Bill Patch by stomping on it or by throwing a yarn ball at it.
