A Snow Cone is a recipe in Super Paper Mario made by Saffron made from an Ice Storm. It is a super-freezy snow cone that is too cold to eat whose primary function is freezing enemies and causing damage.
This recipe is similar to the Zess Frappe from Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door.
