The '''99 Block''' is a block in the [[Challenge Node]] in [[Mario and Luigi:Bowser's Inside Story]]. It is no ordiary block. It is a block that needs to be hit 99 times. First [[Mario]] or [[Luigi]] hits it. Then Mario hits it first. Then it goes to Luigi and it alternates between the two until it is hit 99 times. There is also a [[globin]] nearby that will show the player his/her high score.

The 99 Block can be used after the [[Mario Bros.]] gain access to [[Toad Town]]. The initial appearance of the 99 Block resembles a regular [[? Block]], but it will turn into a [[M Block]] or a [[L Block]] after it is activated. Once the block was activated, the Mario Bros. had to take turns hitting it. Each hit caused the block to speed up. If the block is hit 99 times, the [[coin]]s in possession of Mario Bros. and [[Bowser]] would be doubled. The entire process can be repeated infinitely. If the Mario Bros. didn't get 99 hits, a nearby [[Emoglobin]] would record the highest score.
