Yoshi and Baby Mario playing Slot Machine. Yoshi is about to get a "5-Up" (five extra lives) if he gets three "7's".
Slot Machine (Or Slot in Yoshi's Island DS) is a Bonus Challenge in Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3, Super Mario Advance 3: Yoshi's Island, and Yoshi's Island DS. Players can win a certain amount of 1-Ups, depending on what they land on. If players do not have any of the possibilities below, they will get nothing and return to the map.
These are the number of lives and what the player has to get to win in Slot Machine:
- 3 Shy Guys, Stars, or Watermelons = "1-Up"
- 3 Cherries = "2-Up"
- 3 Eggs = "3-Up"
- 3 Lucky "7's"= "5-Up
