Giant Shy Guy are Shy Guys that are fatter and bigger. Their appearance is in Super Mario Advance. They are absent in Super Mario Bros. 2.
They are going to appear in Yoshi's Story, however they are taken out of the game.
Giant Shy Guys are also going to appear in Yoshi Demo where a stomp would turn it into a regular Shy Guy. Since the game was cancelled, however, Giant Shy Guys are absent.
A robotic doll Giant Shy Guy enemy appears in Yoshi's Island DS. He is not a living creature though, however. It appears that this Giant Shy Guy was once going to be living, but in the final version of the game, it is a doll.
