"Yoshi's Big Adventure" is an unproduced episode of the Super Mario World television series.
Plot synopsis[edit]
While playing in Dome City, Yoshi ends up angering a Koopa Football Player, who starts chasing him. Mario and Luigi then save Yoshi from the Koopa Football Player; Yoshi is shaken from the attack although he did not get hurt, and feels defenseless and too dependent on his friends.
Later, King Koopa casts a spell on the Mario Brothers, transforming them into Dinosaurs. Yoshi is initially excited viewing the transformed brothers as playmates, but Princess Toadstool convinces him that they need to restore Mario and Luigi back to their normal selves. While Princess Toadstool is busy "dino-sitting" the transformed brothers, it is up to Yoshi to find the antidote, which King Koopa had hidden in a Ghost House.
To reach the Ghost House, Yoshi ventures through the Enchanted Forest, and learns to overcome his fears in the process. In the end, Yoshi succeeds, and restores Mario and Luigi back to their normal selves, learning that it is not the size of one's body that counts, but rather the size of their courage.

Notes[edit]
- Though this episode was unproduced, the Enchanted Forest location would later be used in the episode "Ghosts 'R' Us", which was also written by Perry Martin.
