Teruteru are enemies found in Wario Land 3 from the Wario Land series. They are ghost-like creatures who dives down after they see Wario. If they are avoided, they will float back up with an annoyed expression. If they manage to cover Wario's head, the surroundings become pitch black, preventing the player from seeing and attacking. To get rid of this enemy, Wario has to hit a wall or a solid object. When floating, it can be defeated with a normal Attack or a Smash Attack. They appear in both The Vast Plain and Beneath the Waves, where each level has two of them.
