Kushimushi are enemies encountered in Wario Land 3 from the Wario Land series. They are small beetles with rake-like mandibles. They can be found walking on trees and climbing on vines, similar to Hoopsters. If Wario touches their spiky heads, he will be knocked back and get stunned. To defeat them, Wario can attack their non-spiky side, or bump there to causes them to fall. If they are in the middle of turning, the spikes will not hurt Wario.
Kushimushi appear in the following levels, in the following quantities:
- Out of the Woods (4, day only)
- Bank of the Wild River (13)
- The Tidal Coast (12)
