Togeuo are enemies that appear in Wario Land 3. They are black fish that are encountered underwater. They swim back and forth, turning only at walls, but if Wario is in front of them, they will expose needles from their bodies to charge at him, which stuns him and causes him to involuntarily float slowly towards the surface. If their spikes are not exposed and Wario bumps them from the sides and above, they will swim forward in a frenzy; if they are bumped from below, they will be stunned and float towards the surface before resuming swimming. They appear in the following levels in the following quantities:
