They create snowballs and launch them at the players. They appear in the secret level Fliprus Lake and World Coin-7. They behave very similarly to Snow Spikes, but they launch their snowballs up much higher. Plus, their snowballs can be jumped on.
In New Super Luigi U, they appear as more common enemies. They appear in Fliprus Floes and Hammerswing Hangout.
