Foos are cloud enemies that appear in New Super Mario Bros. Wii and New Super Mario Bros. U. They act much like a Fwoosh, though Foo's wind only produces fog and does not throw Mario away like Fwooshes did in Super Mario 64 and in Super Mario 64 DS. Foos do not have menacing demeanors like Fwooshes, and Foos can be neutralized, unlike Fwooshes.
