"Great Balls of Fire" is a song originally composed by Jerry Lee Lewis. A cover version of the song plays in The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 episode "Princess Toadstool for President." The cover plays as Mario and Luigi, after entering the fire pit, evade enemies as they platform all the way to the exit. This song has since been edited out in later airings of the show, being replaced by an instrumental of "Mega Move," which originates from Captain N: The Game Master.
