Waddlewing's Nest

Template:Levelbox Waddlewing's Nest, or Rock-Candy Mines-3, is the third course of Rock-Candy Mines in New Super Mario Bros. U. It is unlocked via completion of Grinding-Stone Tower or Shifting-Floor Cave, and its own completion opens the path to a red Exclamation Mark Switch, a spot where a Bubble Baby Yoshi resides, a green Toad House, and Walking Piranha Plants!.

Layout

As the title implies, this course houses Waddlewings and possibly could be the birthplace of the species. Piranha Plants in pipes and Chain Chomps are also present in this course.

Star Coins

Star Coin 1: After a series of green Warp Pipes with Piranha Plants is a lone red Warp Pipe that leads to the area with the first Star Coin. To reach it the player will need to Ground Pound through the second set of bricks.
Star Coin 2: Within a hidden wall on the right, the P-Switch is required to collect it.
Star Coin 3: During the elevator section, in plain sight.
