To make an Icicle Pop, the player needs to take an [[Ice Storm]] and a [[Honey Syrup]] to [[Zess T.]] the [[Toad (species)|Toad]] chef. She will then combine the two Items into an Icicle Pop. Icicle Pops are recovery items and thus can be used both inside and outside of battles, which results in [[Mario]] regaining fifteen of his [[Flower Point]]s. If Mario uses this Item in battle however, it will cause him to [[Frozen|freeze]]. The English item description says that this Item is supposed to restore fifteen or ten [[Heart Point]]s instead of Flower Points, a possible translation error.

An Icicle Pop is a food item found in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. It looks just like a bright-yellow Popsicle.

To make an Icicle Pop, the player needs to take an Ice Storm and a Honey Syrup to Zess T. the Toad chef. She will then combine the two Items into an Icicle Pop. Although the in-game description for it claims that it heals 10 HP, it actually heals 15 FP. However, he risks getting frozen if he uses it in battle.
