Bug Country is the fifth chapter in Yoshi and the Mysterious Book. It is unlocked by having 167 . It takes place in a dense, mountainous jungle inhabited by various insects.

Chapter page[edit]

The chapter page for Bug Country features a valley with a roaming Behedger and Mawstalk eating butterflies. The web ball of a Stickiwick hangs off of a branch. Behind one of two mountains in the background is a hidden Wooshwing. A large Slugarang fossil is seen wedged between the two mountains.

After completing Behedger Habitat, the Behedger charges towards a shrub and clears it, revealing a Swirm that moves up and down the side of a cliff. After completing Swirm Habitat, the Swirm briefly extends, causing the Stickiwick to be released from its web ball.

After completing Mawstalk Habitat, the Mawstalk grows larger and removes a boulder, revealing a Slugarang. After completing Slugarang Habitat, the Slugarang slides through one of the mountains, revealing the Wooshwing.
