Note Fruits appear in Yoshi and the Mysterious Book as pink fruits with a green stem and leaf, resembling a quarter note. If Yoshi eats a Note Fruit, he sings a few notes. Note Fruits can make Croakaokes have nice voices and revive the sick ones. If a Cuttlefwoosh eats a Note Fruit, it will sing notes and the mom will do the same with a victory tune. Bugyas can also transform into a Note Fruit and shoot musical notes rather than watermelon seeds. Note fruits are found in most creature habitats while being rare to find.
