Snurfboard Habitat is the fifth level of Chapter 3: Seaside in Yoshi and the Mysterious Book. The level mostly takes place on the ocean, though Yoshi can find a sleeping Snurfboard on the small beach, which is used to traverse across the water. The far left parts of the level contain a shipwreck, also referred to as "debris". The primary goal of this habitat is to find the six small Snurfboards throughout the level. Many of the discoveries in this level are centered around doing tricks with the Snurfboard as well as catching fish.

"Pulled off a trick."	★	Perform a jump followed by another jump while in the air.
"Stuck the landing!"	★	Dismount the Snurfboard and land on it without hitting the water.
"Surfed with a small Snurfboard."	★	Collect a small Snurfboard.
"Went underwater."	★	Dive underwater via crouching.
"Splashed with a spinning dive."	★	Perform a Ground Pound while riding the Snurfboard to spin and dive into the water.
"Faster than fast!"	★	Crouch on a wave to slide and reach a certain top speed.
"The box held a small Snurfboard."	★	Inside a box when Yoshi reaches the debris. This is the level's cyan small Snurfboard.
"It spins faster with each toss."	★	Juggle the Snurfboard by throwing it up in the air repeatedly.
"It can skip across the water to catch fish."	★	Throw the Snurfboard and catch fish with it.
"It does a trick when bopped."	★	Ground Pound the Snurfboard.
"Too gnarly to chew."	★	Lick up the Snurfboard.
"It's easy to flip the small ones over."	★	Jump on a small Snurfboard.
"Aw... It looks like they're napping."	★	Jump on all small Snurfboards and flip all of them over simultaneously.
"Raided the ship."	★	Collect all tokens within the ship in the far left part of the habitat.
"Sunken treasure!"	★	The level's second Smiley Flower, found in a submerged treasure chest in the far right part of the level.
"Shipwrecked Smiley Flower."	★★	The level's first Smiley Flower, found on top of the mast of the ship.
"Caught a big fish."	★★	Collect a large fish, which requires Yoshi to dive under a large wave.
"Caught a beautiful fish."	★★	Collect a golden, arowana-like fish, which requires Yoshi to fall from a height while diving. Placement of the tokens help guide Yoshi when to jump and trick from the waves to fall in the right trajectory.
"Caught a fast fish."	★★	Collect the fast green marlin before it jumps, dives and disappears in the water.
"Caught every fish from beach to debris."	★★	Collect all fish from the beach to the shipwreck.
"Caught every fish beyond the debris."	★★	Collect all fish beyond the shipwreck.
"Nailed a tough trick."	★★	Jump just after a spin dive from the water.
"Crushed a gnarly trick."	★★	Perform a trick in the air followed by a Ground Pound.

Smiley Flowers

	Found on top of the mast of the ship.
	In a sunken treasure chest on the far left edge of the map.
	High in the sky. Yoshi needs to ride off the waves at their apex in order to reach it.
	At the beginning of the level. Yoshi needs to leap off a wave in order to reach high palm tree platforms and a cliff to get to it.

Small Snurfboards

Red	In the beginning of the level, heading towards Yoshi.
Green	Past the red small Snurfboard, also heading towards Yoshi.
Cyan	Inside the box when Yoshi reaches the debris. Collecting this small Snurfboard also nets a discovery.
Yellow	After the third debris before the fast fish where it is located jumping with two other small fish.
Orange	On the shipwreck in the far left part of the level in a box on a mast above the logged platform.
Purple	On the very top of the mast of the shipwreck.
