The Bewilder Bird Habitat is the sixth and final habitat of Chapter 6: Remote Isle in Yoshi and the Mysterious Book. It is the final habitat in the game's initial six-chapter storyline. The habitat introduces and focuses on the Bewilder Bird, which Bowser Jr. and Kamek have pursued since the beginning of the game. Initially, Bowser Jr. discards a Crazee Dayzee, which is revealed to be a disguised juvenile Bewilder Bird. The young bird then allies with Yoshi throughout the level.
The main objective of this habitat is for Yoshi to use the Bewilder Bird's ability to transform into any previously studied creature and its abilities to navigate the habitat. At the end of the level, Yoshi encounters Bowser Jr. and Kamek. Kamek uses his magic to transform Bowser Jr. into a giant. To defeat him, Yoshi uses the Bewilder Bird to transform it into categorized creatures and employs their abilities to deplete Bowser Jr.'s health bar. After defeating Bowser Jr., the juvenile bird reunites with an adult Bewilder Bird.
