Mushroom Pond is a location in the Mushroom Kingdom in Super Mario Odyssey. It is a pond located west of the Odyssey with a waterfall that pours water into the pond. It is directly in front of the kingdom's Koopa Freerunning Ranking Board. Inside the lake is a blue Dorrie with three regional coins on its back, and a small nook with three more regional coins. Under the waterfall is a Warp Pipe which leads into a room with a giant painting. Entering the painting leads to the rematch against Mollusque-Lanceur.
The Mushroom Pond also appears in The Super Mario Galaxy Movie during the montage where Mario and Luigi take care of the Mushroom Kingdom in Peach's absence.[1] In the film, a Big Cheep Cheep is seen consuming a Blue Toad riding a fishing boat on the pond before being rescued by Frog Luigi.
