As a part of locating Power Moon #12: The Forgotten Treasure, Cappy directs Mario onto Glasses Bridge shortly before remembering it is actually buried in front of the stairs adjorning the bridge.

The Hint Art in the Mushroom Kingdom appears to be a simple image of the moon behind Top-Hat Tower. However, the art actually hints at the location where this view can be seen, specifically while on Glasses Bridge. Mario must Ground Pound this area to unearth the Power Moon.
