The Sick Mushroom is one of Toad's special items in Mario Kart Arcade GP and Mario Kart Arcade GP 2.
Upon being used, the Sick Mushroom fires in a straight line behind the user's kart, much like the Pie. Any racers who get hit by the Sick Mushroom lose speed.
