Template:Recipe-Infobox A Snow Cone is a recipe in Super Paper Mario made by Saffron. It's a super-freezy snow cone that's too cold to eat. It freezes enemies and causes damage. It's made from an Ice Storm. It isn't recomended to use, though, because an Ice Storm can get more damage than a Snow Cone.
