A bell from Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins.
Bonus bell

Bells[1] are objects in Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins that serve two purposes. One type of bell, also known as a Mid-Point Bell[2] or midway bell,[3] can be found in the stage that acts as a checkpoint if the player loses a life. Another type of bell, also known as a bonus bell,[2] hangs above the stage's goal exit and cannot be reached without the aid of platforms and other objects. When Mario rings this bell, he plays a bonus game where he can get power-ups or extra lives before leaving the stage. They work similarly to the high door in Super Mario Land.

Like many other objects in the Super Mario franchise, the bells at the goals have thin black eyes.
