Yoshi Bike is a LEGO Super Mario set released on January 1, 2025, as part of the first wave of Mario Kart sets in the theme. The set consists of the Yoshi Bike from Mario Kart 8 with enough space for an interactive figure or other larger figures from the interactive line. The bike also comes with an attaching point for a glider, as well as a launcher piece that can be used to shoot Green Shells and Red Shells. One of each shell is included in the set, along with four traffic cones, a Banana, and an Item Box.

Scanning the Item Box grants the interactive figure one of four possible items: Spiny Shell, Banana, Golden Dash Mushroom, and Bullet Bill. All items only grant different numbers of coins to the player. Like with other Mario Kart vehicles, placing an interactive figure on the seat causes it to play motor noises. Shaking the figure on the seat begins a 60-second race where the player must gain as many coins as possible.

Included in the set is also a Light-blue Yoshi figure. Unlike other Yoshi figures in the LEGO Super Mario theme, it does not come with an accompanying Action Tag.
