Dorrie's Beachfront is a LEGO set released on January 1, 2022 as an expansion set for the LEGO Super Mario theme. The set consists of sand and water plates making up a beach environment with various interactive objects, along with a separate Dorrie figure.
The main play feature of the set revolves around finding 1, 2, 3 Blocks hidden in the set. Block 1 is hidden inside a sandcastle. By moving the shovel next to it back and forth, the castle's walls are knocked down, revealing the block. Block 2 is hidden underneath a Water Geyser. By pressing a lever next to the geyser, the block is flipped up and revealed. Lastly, Block 3 is found at the top of a palm tree and must be knocked down by the interactive figure so it can be scanned. Finding and scanning each of them in the correct order awards the interactive figure with various coins. Also included are a separate, static water geyser and a small grass platform.
The set features a Huckit Crab, which is identical to the build in the Character Packs – Series 2 set. Using the interactive figure to jump on the Action Tag on the Huckit's back causes it to be defeated. A shell launcher contraption built on one of the bases can be used to throw a Green Shell at the Huckit Crab, if it is placed on the correct base. A large Dorrie figure is also included. The figure has an Action Tag on its back and smooth tiles on its base, allowing it to slide smoothly along the ground. When an interactive figure scans the Action Tag, they greet Dorrie, who greets them back, also giving them a few coins. If the figure is kept on top of Dorrie, "World 5 Map (Sky Land) - On the Ground" from Super Mario Bros. 3 begins playing, and Dorrie can be moved around in order for the player to gain more coins.
