Character Packs – Series 6 is the sixth and final LEGO Super Mario wave of character packs for the theme. It released January 1, 2023, with each packaging consisting of one random build from a poll of eight sets. Each set consists of a character (either an enemy or an ally) along with a small themed base. Like the fifth series of character packs, each character's base is more detailed than previous series.

Birdo | A water-themed base featuring a small island with flowers and a tree. Birdo is placed on a lilypad on the base. Scanning the Action Tag placed next to her allows the player to receive coins from her. |

Blooper and Blooper Babies | A water-themed base featuring coral and seagrass. A Blooper figure identical to the one included in the first series of Character Packs is included, supported by transparent pieces. Three smaller Blooper Babies are attached to the seagrass pieces, likening the Blooper to a Blooper Nanny. The Blooper Babies do not have Action Tags, but the Blooper has one on its back. When toppled over and scanned, it grants the player a coin. |

Bramball | A poison-themed base with a small hill and two log stumps surrounded by many plants. The Bramball figure included has rubber legs which can bend freely. The figure's Action Tag is located on top of its head. When jumped on, it gives the player a coin. |

Cat Goombas | A grass-themed base with a small hill and a few platforms. Two Cat Goomba figures are included, both with a different face plate. They must be knocked over so the Action Tags on their backs can be jumped on, which gives the player a coin each. |

Green Toad | A beach-themed base consisting of a small lake, a palm tree and a few smaller plants. Green Toad is placed on a reclining chair and has their eyes closed. Scanning the Action Tag placed next to the Toad allows the player to receive coins from them. |

Ice Bro | An ice-themed base featuring snow and a pine tree. A small structure consisting of two Brick Blocks supported by transparent pieces acts as the base for the Ice Bro figure included. Like other Hammer Bro variants in the LEGO Super Mario theme, it has an Action Tag on its shell, which takes four jumps before it is defeated and awards the player with coins. |

Spike | A lava-themed base a few small bubbles. Spike is placed on two platforms over the lava, and it has posable arms. Its Action Tag is also found on its shell, and when jumped on once, it grants the player coins. A Spike Ball is also included, supported by transparent pieces. |

Sumo Bro | A castle-themed base with two lanterns and a few bricks. The Sumo Bro figure included has posable arms and an Action Tag on its shell. it behaves like the Ice Bro, taking four jumps to be defeated and awarding the player with coins. |
