Character Packs – Series 2 is the second wave of character packs for LEGO Super Mario. It released on January 1, 2021, with ten total builds, of which a random one is included in each polybag. Each set consists of a enemy along with a small themed base.

Bone Goomba | A lava-themed base with gray bricks and flames. The Bone Goomba behaves the same as a regular Goomba. It has an Action Tag on its head and it takes one stomp to be defeated, awarding the player with one coin. |

Fly Guy | A grass-themed base with two yellow flowers. Fly Guy is supported by two transparent bricks. Its Action Tag is found on its back, and it behaves like other Shy Guy figures from the theme: It takes one stomp to be defeated and it awards one coin. |

Foo | A desert-themed base with two cactuses and a Foo held up by transparent pieces on a hinge brick. The hinge brick allows the figure to be rotated, exposing the Action Tag found on its back. Jumping on it defeats it and grants the player a coin. |

Huckit Crab | A water-themed base with a small plant and a rocky platform with a Huckit Crab. The Action Tag is found on its back, and it takes one jump on it to defeat it and earn two coins. |

Ninji | A grass-themed base with a brown platform and some plants. The Ninji figure has its Action Tag on its back. It takes one stomp to be defeated and awards one coin. |

Para-Beetle | A desert-themed base with a plant and a few rocks. The Para-Beetle included is held up by transparent pieces. Its Action Tag is found on its shell, and it behaves like a Spiny figure, taking two hits to be defeated before awarding the player with coins. |

Parachute Goomba[a] | A swamp-themed base with a few plants. The Goomba figure included is held up by transparent bricks and includes a parachute object. Due to the parachute, the Goomba figure itself is identical to the ones included in the later set Goombas' Playground, with a single stud tile on their head and the Action Tag on their backs. It behaves the same as a regular Goomba, taking one stomp to be defeated and awarding one coin. |

Poison Mushroom | A swamp-themed bae with a flower, a small log tile and a larger log with a Poison Mushroom. The Action Tag is located on the mushroom's head. When a figure jumps on it, they get poisoned, represented by a Poison Mushroom icon and dizzy eyes. The effect can be removed by shaking the figure, earning the player coins. Otherwise, the poison effect goes away after a few seconds. |

Spiny Cheep Cheep | A water-themed base with some underwater decorations and a Spiny Cheep Cheep supported by transparent pieces on top of a hinge brick. The hinge can be pushed to rotate the figure downwards, exposing the Action Tag on its back. It behaves like a regular Cheep Cheep figure, taking one hit to defeat and awarding one coin. |

Thwimp | A lava-themed base with dark gray bricks and a Thwimp. Its Action Tag is found on its back, and it takes three stomps to defeat it and earn coins. |
