Not to be confused with World 7-1.

Template:Levelbox Stage 7-1 is the first level of the Iceberg - the seventh world in the Game Boy version of Donkey Kong. The level features many Faiachū running around with the ability to melt Ice Blocks if they touch the blocks.

Layout

The bottom of the stage is where Mario starts. Mario starts off in an area which he is trapped in so he must wait for the Faiachū to walk on the ice blocks so they melt the ice so he can climb up the ladder to get out of the area. Mario must go right onto some elevators then ride them up to the top where there is a lever that he must pull to the left to deactivate the bridge so the other Faiachu are free and change the direction of the elevators so they go down, the Faiachū will melt the ice blocks blocking the way to another lever and the Key. Mario must then ride the elevators back down and wait for the Faiachū to melt the ice blocks which are blocking a way up, Mario must either Handstand Jump or Backflip up to get up into the area. Mario must pick up the key then throw it where the long ladder is so he will be able to get it down there, Mario must flip the lever to the right to activate the bridges and open the door then he must climb down the ladder quickly to obtain the key again before it disappears and goes back to its spawn. Then all Mario must do it is take the key to the door to end the level.
