Template:Levelbox Stage 4-1 is the first level of the Jungle in the Game Boy Version of Donkey Kong. The level features many Vines.
Layout
Mario starts below some vines. Above him, the bird Kaibādo will come out of its nest drop an egg on Mario. Mario must jump and climb up the vines to the two platforms to the left with Fruit above them, which can be knocked down to defeat a Kaibādo, then he must keeping going left to more vines with fruit on the second one which can keep used to defeat the Snapjaw. Mario must then go to the platform with the key and grab it, and continue left (as going right will result in landing on spikes) then activate the Spring block and place on the spikes in a place Mario can reach with his normal jump. If Mario happens to lose the key on the platforms on the left, after the key there's a vine he can climb up if he's below the platform with the spring block to get back to the key's spot. Once Mario jumps on the spring and safely makes it to the platforms with the key, he has to take it to the door to end level.

- Hat: Close to the door to the left.
- Bag: On the platform with Vines between it.
- Parasol: In midair above Spikes. Can be reached from the platform below it slightly on the right.
