The level begins with four Warp Doors. Taking the first one leads to an area with Big Spinies and a P Switch. The second leads to an elevated door over the start of the level. The fourth one leads to a star-shaped area with Spike Tops. Only the third one is the correct one, and it leads to an area with a big Buzzy Beetle and a P Switch. Hitting it will send Mario into a pool of trampolines; he must grab one and use it to bounce up a high ledge. Mario must then kick a Koopa Troopa shell into a ? Block to reveal a beanstalk, climb it, then bounce off of a cannonball to reach a pool of Wigglers.
