World 3-2 is the second level of World 3 of the Super Mario Challenge from Super Mario Maker for Nintendo 3DS. It is set in the Super Mario Bros. 3 style, featuring the ground theme for the main area and the underground theme for the sub area. This course is based on the city of Tokyo, Japan.
Course layout[edit]
Right from the start, there are two tan Semisolid Platforms with Ice Blocks. These represent buildings with windows. Four Coins are above the taller Semisolid Platform (right one). After this are two Goombas and two ? Blocks, the left one containing a Super Mushroom. After this is a tall white Semisolid Platform which, if climbed up to it using the Semisolid Platforms, has three red Mushroom Platforms and a Burner at the top. Another tan building appears followed by Bridges with Hard Blocks below and Koopa Troopas on them, including one big one. A green Mushroom Platform and Vines make a tree after the bridges. Three coins and two Buzzy Beetles are above the tree. Another tall white Semisolid Platform appears. This time, Hard Blocks are in it and come out of it, as well. Rocky Wrenches are on the Hard Blocks. At the very top, the Birdsong can be played. After this, a Super Leaf. After this, Brick Blocks with three arched holes for domes appear. There is a Warp Pipe that leads to the sub area in the third hole. Two sets of three Ice Blocks are near the Brick Blocks. After this is a blue Semisolid Platform with two green Cheep Cheeps. After that, is the exit from the sub area. In the sub area, it is a Ghost House. Vines at Boos stack appear in the first room. After taking the door, Thwomps will come down when the player goes near them. After the second door, Bridges that make stairs and a Boo appear. There is a ? Block with a 1-Up Mushroom that can be collected before heading out. Note that it is not obtainable unless the player comes from the bottom. They are clouds made out of Cloud Blocks on both sides of the exit pipe in sub area. and a crescent moon made of Brick Blocks to the right. Using the pipe from sub to main area, a warped screen happens. Back in the main area, six trees appear with Goomba(s) stack on a Koopa Troopa repeated with one more Goomba each time for a total of three times, 11 Para-Beetles, and five sets of three coins in a curved line. The end of the level contains a track made to look like a mountain and Arrow Signs made to look like a symbol. Four Firework sounds are also at the end.
