Super Bakarhythm Land was an Event Course in Super Mario Maker, released on November 4, 2015, and removed on February 22, 2016. It was set in the ground theme for its main area and in the underwater theme for its sub area, as well as in the Super Mario Bros. game style. The level was designed by Japanese comedian Hidetomo Masuno (known by his stage name Bakarhythm). After its original release on November 4, 2015, this course could not be downloaded to Coursebot at all, unlike other official courses which can be downloaded.

Layout[edit]

The level begins with a Hard Block staircase, with a Koopa Troopa coming down it, along with some ? Blocks, Hidden Blocks, and Goombas. The next segment consists of Piranha Plants coming out of warp pipes, followed by Koopa Paratroopas and Hammer Bros on lifts. (If Mario hits a Hidden Block to reveal a Beanstalk, then he will be led to an area with Bullet Bills, Dry Bones, a Fire Bar, and some Burners before taking a Warp Door back to the beginning.) Mario must then evade a tower of Goombas and Koopa Troopas and continue across some Note Blocks that release groups of Boo Buddies if bounced on. Mario then has to enter a warp pipe to an underwater segment with Cheep Cheeps moving in waves, leading to another warp pipe. Mario will then be led directly to the Goal Pole.

Course description[edit]

This course was made by the comedian Bakarhythm, who is featured in Japanese TV commercials for Super Mario Maker. Here's a comment from Bakarhythm himself: "I love Mario and have played tons of Mario games, so I tried to fill this course with all kinds of fun tricks and traps."
