The level starts out with the player receiving a Buzzy Beetle Shell. To the left is a ? Block, but it just contains one coin. Also near the start is a Conveyor Belt which cause Stiletto Goombas to fall into a pit. However, there is no end due to them coming out of a Pipe. After this is a Big Stiletto Goomba, a ? Block containing a Fire Flower, and a Pipe that spits out Big Stiletto Goombas onto another Conveyor Belt. There are some Hard Blocks before, which block a Warp Pipe, but if the player breaks them with a Big Stiletto Goomba, they end up in a room with many Stiletto Goombas, Winged Stiletto Goombas, and coins forming a Stiletto. There is also a ? Block containing a 1-Up Mushroom. Back in the main area, after another Buzzy Beetle shell is Pipe that spits Winged Big Stiletto Goombas onto a Conveyor Belt. The player then travels on Semi-Solid Platforms until they encounter a Red Koopa Paratroopa. From there, they see Pipes. One of which has a Winged Big Stiletto and another is blocked by Hard Blocks, but it goes to the second subarea. The second subarea has many Shoe Goombas, Winged Shoe Goombas, and coins and a ? Block containing a Super Mushroom on a Fire Flower forming a regular shoe. Back in the main area, the player encounters a Sledge Bro. on a Semi-Solid Platform. After crossing a gap with Donut Blocks, the player goes across Conveyor Belts with a Big Shoe Goomba, a ? Block containing a Super Mushroom on a Fire Flower, and a Brick Block containing a Buzzy Beetle Shell. Above are Pipes. One of which spits Winged Big Shoe Goombas, and another blocked by Brick Blocks goes to the third and final subarea. The third subarea contains all eight versions of Shoe Goombas and three ? Blocks containing 1-Up Mushrooms. Back in the main area, the player must cross one final big pit with Red Koopa Paratroopas above it. Near the Goal are two Shoe Goombas, two Winged Shoe Goombas, and a Winged Stiletto Goomba.
