World 5-4 (New Super Mario Bros. Wii)
World 5-4 is the fourth level of the fifth world in New Super Mario Bros. Wii. At this level, Mario must travel on a plank to the Flagpole to avoid the toxic purple liquid.
Layout
The level starts in a area with Goombas falling from above with 4 invisible ? blocks. One contains a mushroom, And the other three contain a coin. The player must enter in a Warp Pipe which leads to a wooden plank that Mario must use to avoid the toxic purple liquid and reach the Flagpole and a ? Block containing a Ice Flower. Creatures including Piranha Plants, Goombas, Koopa Troopas and Bob-ombs and even Coins will land on it, causing the numbers on the plank to increase from 0 up until 5, which causes to it turn red and stop moving. To make the plank start moving again, the player has to defeat and remove enemies off of the plank so that there are less than five enemies.
Star Coins
- Star Coin 1: Near the beginning of the level, on an area full of Koopas and Goombas. Mario must use a enemy as a way to reach the coin.
- Star Coin 2: Close to the ending, in an area full of Piranha Plants. It is hiding in the clouds and can be obtained by using a POW Block.
- Star Coin 3: Before the pipe that takes the player to the goal. It is between some blocks that can be blown up with a Bob-omb.
